The new access point works extremely quickly and reliably. The controller based solution is not always the best but even then we had no problems

You repent on a WLC, which limits you sometimes in terms of cost and deployment methods. This limits your options in flexibility and flex connect is not always the solution then.

Very quick, we have not timeline, and when the WLC is up it is quick work.
