Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets

I use it daily for all my communication needs. Webex, calls, music, etc. It allows me to talk and meet hands-free, which is important when I'm presenting and moving around the home/office.
  • Good sound
  • Clarity, voice
  • Noise cancellation
  • Bluetooth range
  • Connecting with laptop
  • App to manage
  • Headset gets hard to wear for long periods with glasses on, pushed against ear/glasses arm, and gets sore
  • Positive: Ability to take calls, video meetings, etc., with the same headset, all connected wirelessly
  • Negative: Bluetooth range, I like to walk around when in meetings and/or presenting. This is limited
  • Negative: Comfort. I wear glasses, hard to wear for long periods as it compacts the ear
Initial setup is easy. The ability to pair and connect all devices was straightforward.
Voice clarity and static-free have been wonderful. Feels like you are in the room with people even when remotely.
I've used the mobile app, but it doesn't always work or connect to the headset. So, I haven't been able to continually take advantage of that feature or app.
I've used Plantronics headsets in the past. The Cisco 700 blows it away with call/voice clarity, range, battery, and ease of connection.

Do you think Cisco Headsets delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Cisco Headsets's feature set?

Yes

Did Cisco Headsets live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Cisco Headsets go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Cisco Headsets again?

Yes

Calls/meetings - very good, although can get disconnected when meetings end, and calls come in right after and/or jump from meeting to meeting.

Wearing all day is hard when you wear glasses. Bluetooth range isn't big, so you need to stay fairly close to the USB connector.
