Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

Cisco Webex Room [Series has] been designed, sold, and installed by my organization (OBS) to refresh VC endpoints for one of our end [customers] in Beijing. [The] quality of Cisco documentation, integration options (floor stand or wall-mounted), and different options (1 or 2 screens, 55/70 '' size) have been very helpful to determine the best fit for the customer.

Pros

  • Design
  • Simple installation
  • Quality of audio and video

Cons

  • [Cisco Webex] Room [Series] OS [is] compatible with other Cloud providers (Zoom, Microsoft, etc.).
  • Longevity of Cisco hardware (at least 5 years) [as compared] to other vendors
  • Support model with Cisco Smart Net
Integration with Cisco ecosystems (CUCM, TMS, Expressway, etc...).
Many options [are] available in terms of support.
[The] touch screen [is] very easy to use and self-intuitive [when] pairing [a] laptop with Cisco Webex Room Series.

Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager)
Well-suited: [customers] with Cisco Core Infra (CUCM) or Webex-registered endpoints, [as well as] corporate environments (meeting or board rooms).

Less-suited: health and education [sectors] where mobile/smaller form [factors] are required, small meeting [rooms], or [small] huddle [spaces].
