Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides us with a complete and functional tool where it solves all our problems related to web security, and we are implementing it in our banking environment. We use it in several types of services, including health services to delivery services. We have had great experiences with Cloudflare, fast and accurate support, proactive account manager.

Just Cloudflare having an easier visualization already shoots ahead of its competitors
To master the Cloudflare subject took a few months, but in the first days I was already performing some basic functions
Cloudflare's support is very accurate and fast, but in certain scenarios they end up getting bogged down trying to solve the problem by ticketing instead of troubleshooting with the team
