Overall Satisfaction with CMiC Construction Platform
All areas of business from accounting to project management to payroll. We replaced Viewpoint accounting with CMiC Construction Platform and much of what we were doing in Procore from a project management standpoint. We are in the process of getting rid of Procore entirely for CMiC Construction Platform. CMiC Construction Platform is a bit more powerfull in terms of reporting and meets out needs of a "one stop shop".

CMiC Construction Platform is more powerful than Vista with more features...works well with GCPay. Procore did not have accounting which was a huge drawback and we had to ERP data back and forth which can be a pain especially when there were issues. The downside of being on CMiC Construction Platform cloud is that sometimes there are issues but CMiC Construction Platform tends to be quick at addressing them. Overall, the customization of CMiC Construction Platform makes it a worth while product.

This is the first time I have ever heard of premium support, but would be interested in learning more!
Yes - Issues have always been resolved or at least a work around put in place, but there have been some frustrations with getting responses that were adequate. In my opinion, the chat functionality is hit or miss, depends on who you get. In my opinion, it can be scary the lack of knowledge on there. In my experience, they can really only help with very basic issues unfortunately.
