We have used Comindware Tracker in our department to prioritize our workload as well as monitor, control and sectionalise completed and active tasks for easy usage and to to provide access to breakdowns of workflow tasks.
- It integrates very comfortably since the platform provides a multi-window system
- It is a cloud based hosted tracking system through which we can optimize operations and processes for business development.
- It is business based management software and very useful for track performance.
- Cost is a little bit high.
- It has no CRM integration.
- Customer support takes longer.
- The workflow and business process management features are unique to standardize activities in all areas.
- It is very useful for us to track the scenario between the purchasing team and the operations team.
- It sectionalise completed and active tasks for easy usage.
Comindware Tracker has much more features than Integrify which is an important factor at our firm:
Integrify provides features like Document Management, Data Imports/Exports, Application Integration, Workflow Management, Approval Process Control, etc. Whereas, Comindware Tracker provides Audit Trail, Customer Management, Document Management, Task Management, Time Tracking and other such functionalities.
Seeing as deployment is a crucial factor to consider while buying WorkFlow Management software, Comindware Tracker is available on more platforms than Integrify.
Integrify is available on Windows, Macintosh desktop platforms. Comindware Tracker is available on Windows, Macintosh desktop platforms and IOS, Android, WinPhone, Blackberry mobile platforms.
