Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used by all departments to help the employees plan and organize their travel, especially travel for work. It allows users to upload receipts, itineraries for flights, hotel bookings, car rentals, and other travel documents into one place. It is also how our organization tracks expenses and then sets up for reimbursement once it is final.

Concur offers Tripit Pro version for our employees, which is more useful for real time updates, changes and modifications for travel while on a trip and is another tool for organizing itineraries and such.

The app and website based data entry for employees is extremely efficient and easy to use. Makes submitting expenses very quick and simple. The ability to modify, submit and report expenses through the app and website has made the entire process smooth, and simple, and prevents redundant information from being submitted.

Scalability

Different departments can have employees submit their claims and expense data with receipts and folios and then have their designated person run reports on this data set and process claims, whether on a departmental level or the organization level as a whole.

Ease of Integration

It allows a lot of data that organizations seek from employees regarding expenses to be obtained, processed and organized in a very simple and efficient manner. It is easy to use from both sides - employee and employer
