Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense
We use Concur Travel and Expense across our organization to manage all travel and expenses. Coming from manually submitting expenses and trying to keep track of invoices and receipts, Concur Travel and Expense has been a boon to our document storage and consistency. The ability to track and audit all expenses in one location is great. Concur Travel and Expense also allows us to enforce business regulations on all expenses that otherwise may have slipped through the cracks.

We have only used Concur Travel and Expense.
We use SAP as our ERP system, and the integration with Concur Travel and Expense has been seamless. This allows users to enter expenses, the automated approval process routes them to the appropriate managers, and payment occurs very easily. From soup to nuts, Concur Travel and Expense has blended with our SAP system very easily. If it were not for the frustration of entries, this software would get a 10.
While I would not say that Concur Travel and Expense has helped us to grow, it has definitely provided more transparency around our travel and expenses. Records are now easily available, and we can track users' expenses monthly, annually, and over the course of their jobs. This has definitely been an improvement over paper files.
Concur Travel and Expense has been a huge benefit to our administration and financial teams. There is a lot less manual data entry and there are fewer data errors. Users can now enter their own expense reports and it is instantaneous. They do not have to wait for any admin personnel to enter data, and everything is now real-time. They can track the progress of their expenses and self-serve where reimbursements are in the process.
