Overall Satisfaction with Concur Travel and Expense

We use Concur Travel and Expense on a daily basis. It is being used company-wide by over 60,000 employees. It is so simple to submit and track expenses on the go via the mobile app. I no longer have to log in to my email to check on the status of the expenses.

We use SAP, and this integrates seamlessly. Most of the time I don't even realize it is happening.
We can more easily track our expenses, our managers can more easily keep up on the budget, and in return we have more time, more money, and more confidence to take on more projects--all from the ease of our phones.
Because of the easy-to-use app, anyone can very easily learn how to use it. There is no learning curve, everything is seamless and user friendly.
I travel extensively for work and love the fact that I can expense on the go. Most things I expense are tied to my account, so I don't even have to worry about grabbing a receipt; it is just sent straight to my account. It also autofills important aspect to make the expensing process much easier. I do wish I could use iPhone photos for some receipts. It does not work very well with the .heic platform.
