Auto-generate letters based upon pre-defined templates using Salesforce cases.
  • Templates are easy to create.
  • Support documentation is great.
  • Easy for the end user to generate documents.
  • Troubleshooting problems.
  • Reduced typographical or other errors on documents.
  • Reduced time to create documents.
  • Increased standardization of work products.
Base functions are easy to use but more robust solutions are a bit more difficult to design templates. The user interface within Salesforce has been easy to use for typical users.
Routine documents are created easily and with a few clicks. It also prevents erroneous or sensitive information from being shared with the wrong customers.

If you have a letter with a specific template that needs to be generated, this software provides assistance in that process. There was a lot of flexibility in the system to generate multiple types of Microsoft Office documents. It can also produce pdf documents as an alternative. I believe emails are possible, but we are not using that functionality.
