Android App leaves a little to be desired. Better flow, instead of login/logout all of the time tie to fingerprint.
I hate trying to track down an open session if I am trying to remote in from my phone or a tablet. A simple prompt of "you have other sessions in progress would you like to disconnect them" with a y/n prompt would be awesome.

Alternatives Considered

GoToAssist and LogMeIn Central

Better than LogMeIn and more stable than GoToAssist. Love Bomgar but Connectwise is a much better value because of Bomgar's cost.

Likelihood to Recommend

I like it, it works good. Mobile is OK but not great. Desktop experience is pretty good.
