Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We have used ScreenConnect for several years. The system just works. We are able to remotely support all our employees with ease. We have used the access sessions as well as temporary support sessions, both have exceeded expectations. We have gladly renewed each year.
  • Connectivity to remote and local employees with ease
  • Store user credentials for unattended login without allowing the technician to view the secured password
  • Run simple command line and powershell commands
  • Some command line and powershell commands will not run, it may be due to elevated credentials being required
  • My technicians and I are able to easily connect with our employees and get them back to being productive in a quicker time frame
Great for remote users as long as they have internet access. Obviously if they do not have internet you can not access their system. Also, the connectivity lags when the end user does not have a high speed internet available. This does not happen often at all and usually is indicative of an issue at the remote client's ISP.
