Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use ConnectWise Control to support our EMR. Using ConnectWise Control we are able to "see what the user is seeing" to better provide quality support.
- Easy to understand controls
- Easy deployment
- No retained footprint on remote devices
- Would like the ability of the remote computer to run a temporary program
- Decreased the call time for troubleshooting
ConnectWise Control is the only software I have used with this company.
