Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

The Support Desk utilizes ConnectWise to assist with the daily support of our customers. It helps to streamline efficiency and allows us to support the different teams quickly. It’s a great tool.

ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) is system agnostic and allows us to control windows and Macs. Other software kept us limited to one or the other.
Well suited for support desks and remote screen sharing for fixing end user issues. Being able to see what the end user sees is beneficial to troubleshooting and correcting issues in the field.

Evaluating ConnectWise Control and Competitors

Yes - Windows RDP was replaced because we couldn’t support Macs. RDP also didn’t allow us to see the end users screen.

Having the ability to remote control computers for a good price was the key decision.
I would not change a thing.
