Overall Satisfaction with Consensus

I rely on Consensus on a daily basis to enhance customer engagement. This tool allows us to effectively share demos and conversations with our clients, and provides valuable insights into the specific aspects of our discussions and discovery that pique their interest. My favorite part of the tool is to be able to have the visibility into what the customer wants to focus and spend more time on
  • Visibility
  • User experience
  • Great UI
  • scaling sends with pre-recorded videos/demos
  • Sometimes the plug in to gmail is funky
  • sometimes I have to manually write in all the customers names even though they are in propper section to grab in my email
  • From the analytics part, the more engaged a customer is , the more likely that deal is going to close
I have not ever used a competitor to Consensus so I can not answer this question.

To ensure customer success, I like to record demo's and conversations with my customers and then give them the opportunity to review it. In the cases when I bring in a product manager, recording this is fantastic, plus I get to see in the Consensus analytics what the customer is most interested which really helps my sales talk track and close a deal.
