Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
It is used by myself for personal use as well as business. I have been using Constant Contact for years now and love it. I have accumulated many contacts since 2008 from using it and is a good free resource other than LinkedIn for me to store and manage my contacts and e-mail campaigns. The site is easy to use and easy to import/export contacts and is up to date in keeping me informed of where my contacts are and contact information with links to their sites and social media feeds.
- Easy to use.
- Providing accurate contact information such as social profiles, LinkedIn, Twitter e-mail etc.
- No or low cost compared to most such as LinkedIn etc.
- Been around a long time. Good customer support
- Could do a little more advertising to let people know or be aware of the site
- Getting people to join like going from Myspace to Facebook
- Brand Awareness and User Face a little outdated.
- Nothing yet I am on the free version still and love it
- Still has all my contacts from a long time ago
LinkedIn is pricey and you can only send 10 Inmails for the price not really worth it at $59.99.
