It was deployed as a business development tool to generate leads with both current clients and new prospects. We started with one team with the intent of rolling it out to the entire organization.

- Limited use cases for how to deploy. I believe they are excellent in auto dealerships, but that did not easily translate to our SaaS model
- The ROI was not there. We invested resources and money in the program but did not see results. That is probably more attributable to our go-to-market strategy than the tool or the support Conversica provides.
