Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We use Cornerstone across our company (about 500 employees). Using Cornerstone has taken a lot of effort out of what used to be manual tasks and has eliminated our use for paper.

- Difficult to learn the system (takes time)
- I appreciate the customization, but the natural interface could be a little better
