Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

The performance piece, formerly known as WingSpan does provide a host of options for overall employee performance management. It is being used across the entire organization. Having this tool available helps with employee development and increased productivity. When employees set goals and can monitor their progress towards achievement, they are more motivated to excel, in turn performing higher. Overall, it is a good tool for employee performance monitoring.

All of the products are essentially the same. The difference between each company and product [is] minimal at best. Some offer additional tools such as integration, reporting, customization, and the like. Others are standard out of the box. Overall each product delivers what is expected from employees and that is what matters in the end.
Overall the product is pretty simple to configure from beginning to end. There are a number of decisions that will need to be made prior to implementation. Strongly encourage anyone using the products to identify and document the current process for each area respectively. This will make the implementation much smoother and user acceptance much higher.

Employee performance monitoring. Set goals for specific areas to improve as well as areas that employee excels in. Also allows both supervisor and employee to make comments in the respective areas being reviewed. The process is pretty straightforward and allows both to see the overall big picture and supports performance development.
