Crashplan is being used by my college as a backup solution.
- Reliable backup solution that runs quietly in the background. My users forget they even have it.
- Central management. If for some reason a user's backup gets stuck we can see it and reach out to the user. We can also change a version or policy and push it out to the users.
- Great Support. The Code42 team is always there when we need help or have a feature request.
- Make more skins for the UI.
- Allow company logo to be inserted into the UI to legitimize it to more paranoid users.
- I don't have much else. Every time we ask for a feature or improvement they put it in the next version.
- Less down time in the event of equipment failure.
- No data loss when equipment is lost or stolen.
- Access to data anywhere.
