Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

Cvent is used throughout my company's Event Planning Department to source hotels and venues based upon our clients' needs. Cvent Event Management allows my team to do our work much more efficiently and seamlessly. We are able to contact a wide variety of venues all at once and deliver results to our clients in a timely fashion. Planning events and monitoring attendees is a breeze with the help of Cvent.

Our company uses a variety of Cvent products and they all work seamlessly together. We have used a system called "Star" in the past which was substantially worse than Cvent. The platform was difficult to use and not as user friendly as Cvent's products. Star did not have a database as intricate as Cvent's with lots of hotel/venue information.

Cvent Event Management is well suited when it comes to sourcing events at venues or hotels. Finding the space to hold each event and delivering the specs to a variety of venues/hotels all at once makes sourcing 100x easier. I am able to save a tremendous amount of time versus having to contact each venue/hotel individually and find out if the space is available AND if the space can properly support event setup.
