Overall Satisfaction with D&B Finance Analytics

D&B Finance Analytics is used for customer annual reviews determining if credit limits should increase or decrease. D&B Finance Analytics is a crucial part of our new customer set up process. No customer is set up until their D&B Finance Analytics report has been obtained and reviewed. I use D&B Finance Analytics as part of my new supplier verification process as does our compliance department before a supplier can be set up.

In every way possible D&B Finance Analytics software has improved my job performance. It is a vital tool for customer and supplier reviews. It helps in monitoring daily activities of our customers so as to not see they fall behind in payments.
I have not used other products that are like D&B Finance Analytics. We have been approached and attempts have been made to lure us away from D&B Finance Analytics but in the end I have never changed. This product is perfect for my needs and like a good friend every use makes me more familar and comfortable with the relationship.
Every attempt to reach a person for customer support has been successful.

I find the D&B Finance Analytics website if very easy to use. It is a tool I use weekly as new set up are in process. I also am glad to get the alerts in this day for review and helpful and monitoring my open receiveables. I can quickly look at an account that has an alert and immediately reach out to that customer for needed information. It has been veryhelpful in credit hold monitoring as well. More than once a customer remained on hold until the account was brought current due to a D&B Finance Analytics alert.
