Haven't needed to write off any bad debt since 2017.
We've always been a customer, so no real implementation period.
Haven't used anything but D&B.
I've asked a few times about correcting our company's lineage and based off their reporting the changes were unable to occur, which is false. So a little frustrated there.

Suited well for mid to large businesses for credit decisions. Small businesses are sometimes difficult to find, but we use personal credit references for those very small customers, so understandable that not all companies have DUNS numbers, etc.
