Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My organization uses Daxko every day to organize our members and participants. The system stores all of our data, from contact info, to secured payment details, to managing participant schedules. We also recently integrated with any other system to store all of our volunteer data in the system as well. Daxko operations is vital to our non-profit organization and without it we couldn’t do the work we do.

Overall we selected Daxko Operations because it’s used and recommended by YMCAs across the nation. When comparing similar systems we concluded that the features and the price of Daxko were comparable to any of the other systems that promised the same features. Overall we are pleased with our decision.

Daxko is great for managing our members. As members enter the organization they are promoted to sign in and the staff are taken to their Daxko page which gives us all of their contact information. This is a helpful feature and I have no complaints. In terms of signing people up for programs through the same system, it can be complicated because there are a lot of extra steps to take in the sign up process.
