Overall Satisfaction with Deputy
It mainly helps us to keep a track of all the hours of the employees, laws related to the rest and meal breaks. This is being used by the customer experience department of the company. Which we use a metric to know how many hours we took to actually use for completion [of] our fulfillment task.

I like the overall, just some features are confusing.
- I always have a tough time downloading the timesheets. It would be great if that was easier.
- Creating a schedule on the app is also difficult when [there are] too many employees. I would love to see more security on the app so that the employees do not clock out far away from the location.
- What would be cool is [if] the app [understood] the trends of scheduling and [helped] out in doing the same.
It is well suited for a mid-size company. Too much manual work to schedule shifts sometimes if it has a lot of employees. Using all the features in one would help a company. As we use just the scheduling it does take a little more time than usual to understand. The app is [easier] to use.
