Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Ai Voice

Whenever a customer or rep calls in, I am the one to answer the phone and talk to them. Our company uses Dialpad as our landline phone and any calls go through it. I am also able to go back and look at a past call with someone and read in the transcripts what we talked about in the past so I know what they might need and who they are.

I enjoy having all of the calls for my company going to one place so I can easily answer and look back at past calls. Having to answer a call on my cell phone through Dialpad is not a great experience. Most of the time, the call doesn't even connect, and I have to end the call and call the caller back on my computer.
