Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Talk

We needed an easy way for our SDRs to be able to click a phone number directly from within Outreach.io and auto dial for them. Fortunately Dialpad is both a soft dialer and has a great integration with Outreach.io, so it was a no brainer to go with them. We've even started to have other teams ask for licenses / phone numbers as they would prefer not to give their personal cellphone number out.

  • The Mac app's settings always reset when you restart your computer

  • Allows sales to make more calls because of the integration with Outreach and Salesforce
  • Allows sales to improve because it records all their calls for coaching

Dialpad is great for its click-to-dial and Outreach integration. So far we're happy with the purchase and it is working as expected. I don't see a scenario where is isn't appropriate because at the end of the day it is a soft phone that can replace your cell phone or desk phone.
