Our previous phone system provider had a difficult and clunky website to navigate making it difficult to troubleshoot issues. Dialpad's platform is easy to navigate and very user friendly, so troubleshooting takes minimal time to complete. The Dialpad help center knowledge base is very comprehensive and allows for individuals to self-help and troubleshoot on their own.
