We use Dropbox to host and share all client files for live updating across multiple employees. We have over 700 GB of files.

Quick file syncing.
Easy access of files from anywhere.
File notification when others have saved, deleted, or moved files.

Searchability by file name: if nothing is found, it could recommend a shortened term or similar term.
Ability to see progress bar/time for file syncing.

Return on Investment

Saving staff time sharing files quickly across all staff.

It's easy to share files directly from Dropbox with links to non-Dropbox users. We've had issues with OneDrive files not syncing properly or quickly and files never showing up. Dropbox clearly shows your file location with little icons.

Dropbox is well suited to teams where file sharing is important. Syncing is pretty quick, with larger files taking more time. We have over 700 GB of files, which makes the ability to share across multiple staff easy. Users can keep specific files locally downloaded, syncing updates to Dropbox for team access, offloading files once they no longer need immediate access, and taking up space on their local drive.
