Utilize Dropbox for accessing 100% of our data and historical files from multiple locations and through various platforms. It solves the problem of access logistics for mobile staff and multi-user environments for analysis files and work papers.

maintains conflicted files for follow up.
Allows local files to be updated and then synced with cloud copies when the internet is not available.

Syncing sometimes stops and its difficult to notice.
