Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
We have found Dropbox a great document repository where we are able to store all kinds of documents related to projects, sales and marketing materials, training guides and the like. The access can also be restricted on a need-to-know basis. So a project related folder can be accessed only by the members who are working on that project making Dropbox quite secure when working on projects where client information is critical and access to it needs to be restricted.

- Uploads are very quick and easy
- Notifications when a document is uploaded can be made quicker
- Editing of document by multiple people sometimes causes issues
- Dropbox helps quicker setup of project folders when a project is being kicked off shaving a lot of hours from this activity
The reason for selecting Dropbox was the ease of use and user friendliness of the application. People find that this is a great tool to collaborate between teams and keep documents in as a repository. Accessing the documents can also be secured by way of restrictions so that only key user can access them.
