Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We store all of our files on DropBox. We use it for personnel information, document housing, and to create and share new files as needed. It addresses the problem of having documents in several different places (on people's individual desktops, in a filing cabinet, saved in Excel, Word, etc. We were having too many issues finding the documents we needed without searching several different places before we started using Dropbox.

Dropbox is extremely well suited for document storage, organization, and sharing. Dropbox has also started featuring a range of employee benefits (which we do not currently use at this time) Another positive of Dropbox is that our employees can work from anywhere and still access the files. They can use their phone, tablets, or their work issued computer and never be interrupted.
