Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox Sign

We use this application to send documents to be reviewed and signed by our clients; it is fast and easy to use, and some clients report having problems signing and finishing documents because when the document has a box that needs to fill it up, all of them needs to have a character in or the documents will not going to be close and send it back, I just ask our clients if the question does not apply to them just write NA.

  • if one box is not required aloud the signer live it entry.

It is easy to manage and go around to finish my job.

It works for our company, but it needs to improve when I need to use more than one template at a time; it asks to send it to a different user. I have to go around and write the name first and, in the second slot, add the last name first but use the same email address for both.
