Overall Satisfaction with Druva inSync

Whole HQ uses it -- we love it. Works well and everyone likes knowing their files are safe and secure. We use the cloud option and it has been great!! We moved from the on-premise version and to the cloud and the transition was so easy. We will continue to use Druva for years to come!!
  • Easy backup -- set it and forget it
  • Cloud option is secure
  • Plenty of space to backup with
  • Not very expensive!!
  • Backups on Dell usb-c connected docks don't always work
  • Randomly, a client does not backup even though I know they are properly connected
  • Sometimes users become inactive for no reason.
  • It is cheap.
  • Doesn't cost much to operate.
  • It pays for itself in the first 6 months.
We use it for Office 365 and Exchange. It backs up our data and even backs up our OneDrive so essentially one drive is backed up twice! We love it.
We have yet to use Druva like that -- we have other programs that monitor end user data. We don't need Druva to do so as it would just be redundant. We use Dark Trace for that. But Druva definitely helps us keep a piece of mind while protecting our data.
IT handles all of that stuff here -- legal can request anything they want. So we still control the ediscovery and legalhold etc. But I can say that we love having these features in the situations that arise. It's nice to know we can search files that were backed up in cases like these.
I have been here for 4 years. Druva was in place when I got here and it will be here for a long time to come. We enjoy using it and haven't had any need to change to be honest. In short, I have not evalutated anything other than OneDrive. But we consider OneDrive as a different app so we use both for backups.
The impletemtation was easy and it went very fast. Hardest thing to do while switching people over from in-premise to cloud was getting everyone signed in to their new account. The rest was so easy a cave man could do it!! In total, it was around two weeks to complete our roll out to the cloud version.

Yes

Did Druva Data Resiliency Cloud live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Druva Data Resiliency Cloud go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Druva Data Resiliency Cloud again?

Yes

It is great if you need a backup solution that is very lightweight. It is not the most stable app on certain Dell PCs that use USB-C docks. Sometimes the backup just doesn't work because it won't connect.
