Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
Dynatrace is being used in our IT department to pinpoint application issues both on the back-end and front-end of applications.
- Dynatrace is very good at building dashboards that are easy to understand with one glance.
- Dynatrace is great with alerting when problems are found.
- Another great feature is that Dynatrace has AI built in to help identify root causes.
- I don’t like the fact that pricing is split based on features.
- In my opinion, the amount of usage allowance is low for things like log analytics or real user monitoring.
- It’s difficult for us to come up with a hard number for ROI on an application like this. We don’t have enough visibility into how much our problems cost our organization.
