Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace
We usually use Dynatrace to address either infrastructure and applications issues. Many departments use it for pro-active monitoring and to detect problems before end users report them.
- Easy installation.
- Intuitive dashboard.
- Monitoring of different technologies.
- Alerting not very intuitive.
- Landing page after logging on Dynatrace Managed, displays cluster health instead of production health.
Dynatrace outperforms them on the easy installation of OneAgent and there's no need for an application agent.
