Dynatrace is being used by Network/IT team to monitor, report, analyse and improve our enterprise application and network performance.
- Live data collection and presentation with great graphic and report functionalities.
- Deep dive analysis on application and network performance, reporting alarms, errors and any downgraded behavior.
- Easy to use and simple self-configured rules to set up the abnormal behavior you are interested in.
- The technical documents need to be improved a bit as there were some missing explanations of technical parts. I had to escalate [an issue] to Dynatrace engineering support to get it explained.
- By using Dynatrace, we have set up an easy way to monitor the performance of a critical application in my company end to end. It's easy to identify and find the root cause of the performance if the application gets impacted in the network or application layer, which saves us a lot of time and effort in the daily routing, troubleshooting, and operation.
