Overall Satisfaction with Dynatrace

Dynatrace is used company-wide to detect, and act on all problems within our infrastructure! We absolutely love the product and continue to grow with it here in our organization. We are looking forward to many more years with the product as we perfect its implementation here at our organization.

  • Downtimes have been vastly reduced.
Dynatrace goes above and beyond its competitors. We love using it and so do our customers. Dynatrace has thrilled our VPS and managers as it cuts down the number of headaches and helps us get to solutions faster. It helps in keeping staff and customers happy as we perfect our infrastructure for everyone.
Spport is great and always has been. From day one they were there to help us. We got it implemented and we are up an running. and if we do have a question, they are just one call away or even one chat away to get a resolution in place. best product out there

Dynatrace is great for all kinds of organizations. We are able to detect issues not only in our infrastructure but also in our end-user devices as they experience problems. We also have issues where the help desk tends to stumble on, and we toss Dynatrace on it and wham! We get root cause details right away!
