Dynatrace is used as an enterprise-wide APM solution that provides a view into infrastructure health and application performance. It help us improve resiliency of the infrastructure and reduce mean time to resolve problems. We utilize Dynatrace for smart base-lining and alerting, and also integrate it with other enterprise tools. Dynatrace help us monitor user satisfaction, and we utilize dashboards to share information with different departments and units.
