Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

We're new to the product but our usage revolves around analytics and reporting on the company's primary club, the Calgary Flames. Prior to signing on with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud, we did not use a third-party product to gather social data and it greatly hindered our ability to not only accurately report on social media internally but also to our sponsorship clients who have activated socials with us.

  • As a new user, I don't have any complaints or areas for improvement yet as we're just getting into the platform. Everything has worked well for us thus far.

  • We are still new to the product, but we anticipate a very positive ROI in regard to our sponsored content and being able to accurately report to clients.
  • We also anticipate a very positive ROI internally as we will be much more equipped with data, allowing us to focus resources on content that is performing well.
After going through initial meetings with our Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud team late in the week, ahead of a long weekend in the USA, I ran into a slight mix-up on the dashboard. I contacted the Emplifi support team via email and the issue was immediately rectified. I couldn't ask for better support!
While the product itself was exactly what we needed, we decided to use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud over other similar companies after my initial meetings with Mark and his group. There was immediate synergy in terms of understanding our needs and our company, making it feel extremely easy to get on board with the product. Compared to one or two similar companies I chatted with as well, this product is very well-priced. All in all, it was an easy decision to go with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud.

Social data for specific events is extremely easy to track and allows us to gain better insights into what content has performed well during events. This allows us to build off that information and data as we move forward.
