Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud
We are using it mostly for Social media purposes. Things like social listening, reporting, and KPI measurements on LinkedIn, Twitter, Insta, TikTok, and Facebook. (We are checking our post engagement rates, reach, impression rates, etc.) on a daily/weekly/ monthly basis according to internal pillars (AI, SEO, eComm, Dev content, etc.)
- Giving us all the metrics we need as a brand
- Gives us the posts sentiment
- Show us the general performance averages
- We're labeling posts manually; I'd hope the platform had this machine learning to suggest those relevant levels to posts with time. For now, we are adding them manually every time.
- Do allow export reports in Google slides not just in PPTX.
- Widgets are not friendly/understandable enough.

Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud had more options, but it was a long time ago and I wasn't in the finance/ops team who took the decision. Also, the advocacy models are costly, why we are not using them still. I also think that the social listening option/ tool was very relevant for us, so we picked that too.
