Overall Satisfaction with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud

I had previously used Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud to analyze publications. Now that I used it again, I found out that you can now connect the API and create dashboards in your own way, to have more attractive storytelling. Without a doubt, the platform is being strengthened as you can count on the options to display the data.

  • Have a widget to see the segments of each platform
  • Maybe integrate a social listening section
  • Create alerts about some type of mention outside our accounts
  • View metrics
  • Connect accounts easily
  • The integrated dashboard
  • We were able to see the interactions in real time, which helped us improve our communication.
  • We saw the scope of each top post, so we realized what gets the best visibility.
  • By seeing the best content, we were able to activate it in the schedule, to improve our reach numbers.
