Overall Satisfaction with eTrigue DemandCenter

  • Creating campaigns is very intuitive.
  • List management is easy.
  • the metrics are good and easy to find/customize.
  • Their customer support is amazing.
  • Lead generation campaigns are not that intuitive...our team had to be re-trained on them and I'm sure even now any of could do it.
  • Importing lists is pretty painful in the upfront onboarding process. There should be a way to not have to go through all contacts and remove extra spaces.
  • We find eTrigue to be very cost effective. It's been a great way for us test new messages in the marketplace and some of our drip campaigns have led to immediate business impact.
We need something that is a little more user friendly for the entire company, maybe a little more well known or bigger like SalesForce.
I would ask them how many people across varying levels of the organization would be using it. It's fine for our marketing department to use, but I think it would be hard to get some of our senior executives on board with it. Some times there are too many steps to get to information that seems like it should be easier to access (like contacts).
