Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction

EveryAction is our primary CRM and we have integrated it to our Sachamama website through online actions. The web forms are really good and easy to embed. It is being used in all the departments, the categories and sections are segregated properly for all the departments in the company. It's easy to onboard new employees because different areas are set up in a user-friendly way. It addresses many problems, mainly EveryAction being the primary hub of our data and managing all our contact bases.
  • Out of box survey functionality is great.
  • Tags, Source Code and Activist Code are a plus to segregate and track contacts.
  • Web Forms are easy to embed and integrate with our site.
  • Setting up email sequence is easy and friendly.
  • EA doesn't have functionality to bulk delete contacts, I think this needs to be improved and resolved.
  • System doesn't have functionality to merge duplicate contacts in a batch which is cumbersome and time consuming.
  • The language functionality is challenging, you need to contact customer support to enable additional language to your environment.
  • Fundraising performance increased.
  • Increased overall engagement of our customers.
  • Time efficient.
  • Affordable price.
  • Some functionality are time consuming and could be improve to enhance the experience.
The implementation process was decent. I didn't have onboarding kickoffs and meetings with their support team, it worked for me since I have already used EveryAction with other companies. However, for new bees, the onboarding process can be improved. The implementation was smooth, there was no issue with data migration or mapping, went quicker than we anticipated.
Sometimes it's hard to get hold of EA's support team but when you do they will solve your problem and show some tricks and tips along the way. Their business support hours are until 6 PM Eastern so if you have any technical issues then you will have to wait until the next day to get them resolved. Other than that, it's good. You can get your questions answered.
EveryAction has significantly impacted and contributed to achieving our company's objective and goal. We see more fundraising and donations with EveryAction compared to the previous software. This is major because of ease of use and fewer technical issues. The upgrades are well planned and informed so we are able to plan our product launch to make sure we don't run into problems.

EveryAction has robust features for non-profit organizations which other CRMs don't have. Especially fundraising, grants, activist codes, etc. these are some out-of-the-box solutions that we can start using immediately, no customization required. Whereas with other platforms we had to buy some add-on and plugin which was costlier. This is like all in one package with reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this.
EveryAction is well suited to set up grants and contributions. It's easy to process credit card transactions, so far we have not seen any issues with credit card processing. Email templates have good functionality, you can drag and drop editor as well as HTML and CSS supported emails. Email creation and testing are very easy, usually, it takes 5-10 mins to create emails once the code is ready.
