Exclaimer gives us the oportunity to design and enrole a common mail signatur for the whole oraganisation using both Outlook, OWA and mobile phone for mail signatures.
- Easy to integrate to our mail system
- Easy to design simple signature templates
- Organising / manage the account could be more intuitive in one common interface
- Compared to manual individual designs there are some savings -
- It might be possible to manual share a tamplate and have the employees to fill it out and use for mail signature - no common maintenance
- Use of campains and change in e.g links
