Exclaimer automates the process of managing email signatures. Removes the need to manage through more manual processes; it's easy to change the signatures across all outbound emails, whether from PC, phone, or online email.

- Complete elimination of help desk involvement in the deployment of signatures.
- Gives marketing staff complete, easy control over outbound signature marketing.
This particular feature has not been used yet, but it's good to know from an IT standpoint that the product can meet the demands of the marketing staff if/when they start pushing to do more with the product.
It's good to have peace of mind that our emails are secured in transit between Exclaimer and the MS cloud.
Exclaimer has fulfilled every need in a cost-effective manner and has not really looked elsewhere. Pricing seems fair when considering the capabilities and the general reliability of the product.
