Exclaimer, gets the job done!

Easy to use 3rd party app that allows us to update all user signatures without the need to manually update them individually; this ensures that everyone has the updated signature details especially logos, job titles, etc that are being pulled directly from the server and that there's really less manual job that needs to be performed, we're quite satisfied on how it addresses the main issue that we had which is the inconsistency of user signatures.

We're utilizing the different templates for different departments though we only have 2 atm, it's a nice thing to have, especially when working with two or more different designs for deployment; as for setting up time and dates or specific replies and forwarding messages, this isn't really being utilized apart from the replying to support threads where we usually have it custom to disable so it won't append the signatures every time we reply to a support ticket that we're working with someone, but overall their customization is very flexible and can cater to different needs.

Yes internally, as we really don't have to worry about though. Apart from the security solutions applied by Exclaimer, we also have our in-house security implementations, so it's a plus that Exclaimer is already providing their built-in security solutions, but it's also a good thing to have your own.
