Applies the same signature to all emails, regardless of application (Outlook or Outlook web) or device (PC or mobile). Creates stability for our users and the standard signature creates uniformity in our communications to all clients.

We have a pair of templates for our organization, one for with our users mobile number and one without. These 2 templates serve all of our employees and moving employees between them is as simple as changing what security group they are tied to within M365. We also tied our ShareFile into our signature links for our employees that send/receive documents from clients and other vendors. With the same signature being applied to all emails, both new and reply/forwards, it gives everyone the warm fuzzy feeling that this is all working as intended.
Tying it into our M365 instance with SSO + 2FA gives me and my organization the peace of mind needed to not worry about this.
