Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We use exclaimer for all of our outlook signatures for our users. This is beneficial because all of our employees have the same signature format across the company. no more different sized fonts or colors for signatures. we connect it to our AD to pull job titles and phone numbers .

- connects with O365 and azure AD
- properly formatted signatures
- i felt the signature testing feature was better and more in depth on the on premise exchange product. the O365 version has limited testing options.
- time saved by not having to create signatures for individuals or update them when data changes. all data is coming from our AD
we have definitely taken advantage of templates for different departments and different reply emails vs new emails.
we have had no issues with the data not being secure.
we did look at a different siganture company that had the work two in their name i believe. exclaimer was a more newer looking and polished product.
