Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We use Exclaimer to ensure autosignatures are brand aligned and include all legal disclaimers as well as allowing us to promote marketing campaigns for different groups.
- Its ability to integrate with feedback tools
- Its ability to apply signatures/disclaimers based on conditions and queries
- Easy to use GUI
- The sender query function could do with a results window before applying
- The ability to see the signature test results before enabling the signature
- Logs out too quickly when you spend too long making edits
- Compliance in various countries
- Increased brand awareness and trust
- Increased traffic to websites due to marketing campaigns
- Realtime feedback due to integration of customer thermometer
Integration with Customer thermometer has been great especially since we can apply it across different departments and get real time feedback.
